  • Account & Contact Details: Name, email address, mobile number, and passwords.
  • Financial & Transaction Details: Bank account number, bank name, branch, IFSC code, and billing/shipping addresses.
  • Operational Data: Business logos, customer records, supplier/vendor records, inventory levels, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Accounting & Ledger Data: Transaction histories, payments, and credit/debit records.

2. Automatically Collected Information

When you access or use our Platform, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it.
  • Browser type, browser version, and operating system.
  • Device identifiers and technical log data.

  • ERP & Accounting Systems: Tally Prime (when accounting sync is enabled by you).
  • Communication Services: WhatsApp API services (to track notification delivery statuses).

Use of User Information

We use the collected information solely for core operational purposes:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the Intory B2B platform.
  • Generating invoices (B2B and B2C), quotations, purchase orders, and financial reports.
  • Facilitating ledger tracking and payment settlements between wholesalers and retailers.
  • Sending invoices, ledgers, and billing notifications via WhatsApp.
  • Syncing billing, sales, and godown details with Tally Prime.
  • Responding to customer support requests.
  • Securing the platform, detecting fraud, and fixing technical bugs.
  • Complying with legal obligations, including Indian tax and GST record-keeping laws.

Storage of User Information

User Information shall be stored and processed in accordance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.

By using the Platform, the User consents to the collection, storage, transfer, and processing of User Information in India and other jurisdictions where Intory or its service providers may operate.

Intory takes reasonable efforts to ensure secure storage of User Information using industry-standard practices.

Disclosure of User Information

Intory may disclose User Information:

  • To cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
